This is a documentation of the developmental plan in place at Fantastic Bakery and Deli CC; the plan is designed to strengthen the business support structures in the organization. Like many owner-managed businesses Fantastic Bakery and Deli CC has been suffering from the problem of putting more concentration on sales related matters and the operations side of the business. The effort put on these two aspects has not been tallying with growth related support structures.
Fantastic Bakery and Deli CC provides a professional and personalized service to its clients demonstrating a high flexibility in meeting client's specifications at competitive prices or rates. The emphasis is on the value that is given to the clients through our service delivery systems. We aim at creating a good image for the organization, in the market and gain loyalty from our clients.
Our Values:
The business offers baked products for both private and public sector clients. However, much of the business has been coming from the private sector. In the public sector growth has largely been fuelled by the Black Empowerment drive being championed by the government through its various departments such as the Department of Education through Schools that buy bread.
Fantastic Bakery and Deli CC being a black owned firm has an advantage over competitors that are not BEE compliant. This has been a cutting edge in the organization's marketing strategy. The business has established goodwill for itself in the market, a factor that gives it competitive advantage.
